Do you want to feel happier, have more energy, gain confidence, enjoy better relationships, feel less stressed, and develop skills to deal with life’s challenges? Then this program is for you!
"Living Life to the Full" is a mental health wellness program designed to help people deal with everyday life challenges and learn self-management skills in 8 enjoyable 90 minute sessions, offered once per week via Zoom. It is based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy Principles and is useful for people with mild to moderate depression or anxiety or anyone who wants to improve their mental health.
Leadership is provided by Denise Clarke from Inlet United Church. Inlet United Church is partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) BC Division to offer this program.
